MADD Canada launches Project Red Ribbon campaign

Toronto Police Chief Bill Blair spoke at the kickoff event for the annual MADD Canada Project Red Ribbon campaign. It targets the Christmas and New Year holiday season and runs from Nov. 1, 2014 to Jan. 5, 2015.
