Current Gardiner Expressway construction to be completed early: Tory

Toronto Mayor John Tory said current construction on the Gardiner Expressway will be finished two months ahead of schedule at a cost of up to $2-million. The work is scheduled to be completed by May and will be achieved by increasing crews and equipment resources.
