Daily Bread almost halfway to food donation goal

Daily Bread Food Bank’s holiday drive ends New Year’s Eve and organizers say they need your help to reach their goal.
This year, the organization is hoping to raise $2.5 million and receive one million pounds of food.
As of Christmas Eve, $1.7 million and 443,000 pounds of food had been donated.
Volunteers will continue sorting donations Saturday and Sunday.
Financial donations can be made on the Daily Bread website.
Non-perishable food can be dropped off at any local fire hall or grocery store participating in the drive.
