Chris Brown denied entry to Canada

Singer Chris Brown says he has been denied entry into Canada to perform at his sold out shows in Montreal and Toronto.

The 25-year-old Grammy winner had been scheduled to perform Tuesday at Montreal’s Bell Centre and Wednesday at the Air Canada Centre, with support from Trey Songz and Tyga.

There has been no word on why Brown has been denied entry to the country.

The singer tweeted that he hopes to be back in Canada in the summer.

According to Live Nation, those who purchased tickets to the show will be able to get a refund at the point of purchase.
