Father arrested after son, 24, fatally stabbed in Scarborough

A 24-year-old man has died after being stabbed in the chest on Thursday morning.
The victim’s 58-year-old father has been arrested in connection with the incident.
Emergency crews were called to the scene in the Kingston and Birchmount roads area around 6:30 a.m. for reports of a dispute between a father and son.
The victim was rushed to a trauma centre without vital signs where he was later pronounced dead.
