One injured in suspected drunk driving crash in Leslieville

Toronto police are investigating a suspected drunk driving crash that sent one person to hospital.

The two-vehicle crash happened at Queen Street East and Larchmount Avenue, near Jones Avenue, around 3:30 a.m. on Thursday.

It’s not clear how the crash happened, but a black sedan ended up on its roof while another vehicle slammed into a pole.

One person suffered minor injuries, but it is not known which car they were in or if they were the passenger or the driver.

Police say alcohol is a factor in the crash.
