Man killed in car accident in Mississauga

A 46-year-old Brampton man is dead following a three car crash in Mississauga.

Peel Regional Police were called to the scene of the accident at Goreway Drive and Dorcas Street, north of Derry Road shortly before 5:30 p.m.

An eyewitness tells CityNews one of the drivers vehicles appeared to suffer a medical incident and struck at least one other car before slamming into a hydro pole and a second car and catching fire.

The driver was rushed to hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries. The drivers of the other vehicles suffered minor injuries.
