Teen girl struck by vehicle while sitting near bus stop
Toronto police say a teenage girl has been struck by a vehicle while sitting on a bench near a bus stop at Lawrence Avenue East and Orton Park Road.
She was rushed to hospital with lower body injuries. Paramedics say she is expected to survive.
Police say the vehicle remained at the scene and an investigation is underway.
