Police probing 2 separate hit-and-runs in Toronto

Police are looking for the drivers involved in two unrelated hit-and-runs in Toronto overnight.

Around 12:46 a.m., a vehicle struck a man in a parking lot at 777 Warden Ave., near Eglinton.

He was found with serious leg injuries.

Police said the incident may have been intentional.

The vehicle involved was white and was last seen fleeing the lot toward Warden.

About an hour earlier, around 11:30 p.m. Friday, a driver hit a man at South Kingsway and Hazelbrae Road, south of Bloor Street West.

The pedestrian, who is in his 30s, was found in the middle of the road with leg injuries. He is expected to recover.

Police don’t have any description of the suspect or the vehicle involved. They are asking any witnesses to come forward.
