Toronto couple killed in snowmobile accident on Boxing Day

A Toronto couple has died after a snowmobiling accident north of Peterborough on Boxing Day.
Provincial police say the couple failed to return home after riding near the village of Apsley on Jack Lake.
Their bodies were recovered in the water on Thursday morning, about 30 feet from show and were pronounced dead at the scene.
They have been identified as Gerald White, 76, and Patricia White, 69.
The circumstances around the accident are still under investigation.
