2 charged after man shot dead in Scarborough apartment building

Police have arrested two Toronto men in connection with a fatal shooting in an apartment building in Scarborough earlier this week.
Shortly before 3 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called about gunshots in a building on Lawrence Avenue East, near Kingston Road.
They found a man with gunshot wounds in the stairwell of the building, and he died at the scene.
Police later identified him as Dean Howlett, 25, of Whitby.
On Friday, police said they had charged Naod Tsegazab, 22, with second-degree murder and Joseph Carlton Bryan, 21, with accessory after the fact.
The men were due in a Toronto court on Friday.
