Man charged after car seen driving on QEW with doors wide open

A 42-year-old man is facing a slew of charges after he allegedly drove on the QEW with the rear doors of his car wide open and a load of wood stretching across the width of the car.

Video of the incident, which happened near the Burlington Skyway about two weeks ago, surfaced online and Ontario Provincial Police identified a suspect.

Christopher Cielecki is now facing four charges including careless driving and mischief endangering life.

He is expected to appear in court next month.
