GSX Techedu – Beijing, China, 19.8 million shares, priced $9.50-$11.50, managed by Credit Suisse/Deutsche Bank. Proposed NYSE symbol GSX. Business: Provides K-12 online after-School tutoring in China.

GigCapital2 – Palo Alto, Calif., 13 million shares, priced at $10, managed by EarlyBirdCapital/Northland Securities. Proposed NYSE symbol GIX.U. Business: Blank check company formed by semiconductor veteran Avi Katz to acquire a TMT business.

Proficient Alpha Acquisition – 10 million shares, priced at $10, managed by I-Bankers Securities/EarlyBirdCapital. Proposed Nasdaq symbol PAACU. Business: Blank check company targeting a financial services business in China.
