Man shot inside apartment building in Scarborough

A man is in hospital after he was shot inside an apartment building in Scarborough.
Emergency crews were called to the scene on Mornelle Court near Morningside Avenue and Ellesmere Road around 7 a.m. on Tuesday.
His injuries are serious but not life-threatening.
Toronto police said two males were seen fleeing the area in a vehicle. So far, there is no description of the suspects or vehicle.
