Man struck by truck and killed in North York

A man is dead after being struck by a vehicle near Keele Street and Sheppard Avenue.
Police say the pedestrian was hit by a truck and pinned just before 2:30 p.m. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Ministry of Labour is also investigating because the incident occurred on private property, but police did not call it a workplace incident.

Sheppard is down to a single lane headed westbound at Keele for the investigation.
