A Toronto man who worked as a building superintendent is facing multiple charges as part of a sexual assault investigation.
Toronto police say that between December 2013 and October 2021, the man befriended and allegedly sexually assaulted a 14-year-old girl on multiple occasions.
The assaults happened when the man worked as a superintendent in a residential building in the Kingston Road and Galloway Road area in Scarborough. BC Property Maintenance employed him.
As part of an investigation, police say they arrested 62-year-old Rolando Yu of Toronto last week. Yu is facing 10 charges in total, including five counts of sexual assault and five counts of sexual interference.
He will appear in court on December 10th.
