Teen rushed to hospital after west-end shooting

Toronto police say one person has been rushed to hospital with serious, but non life-threatening injuries after a shooting in the west end of the city. Paramedics tell CityNews the victim is a teen, but didn’t reveal their gender.

Police responded to the Bloor Street West and Symington Avenue area after receiving calls for the sound of multiple gunshots and reports that a victim was lying on the ground.

Officers found the victim, who was rushed to hospital by paramedics.
