Toronto police investigating death of man found injured downtown Saturday night

Toronto police say a homicide investigation has been launched into the death of a man who was found injured on the ground downtown.
Officers were called to the area of Shuter Street and Ontario Street around 8:15 p.m. on Saturday.
Police say the man died after arriving to a nearby hospital.
There is no information about what the victim’s injuries were at this time.
Police closed Ontario street, between Shuter and Dundas, for the investigation.
