    Toronto police say three men were injured, two critically, and a man is in custody after an alleged stabbing incident in Scarborough.

    Officers were called around 6:30 p.m. to the Markham Road and McNicoll Avenue area following reports that multiple victims had been stabbed near a building.

    Police located two victims, and a third person was discovered nearby, police said.

    Paramedics confirm with CityNews that the injuries sustained to two victims are serious but non-life-threatening. They were rushed to a hospital via emergency run.

    A third victim suffered injuries not deemed life-threatening and was sent to a local hospital.

    One man was arrested, police said.

    The investigation is ongoing.
