Eagle tries to steal goose in B.C., breastfeeding mom gives chase in underwear

A wild video featuring an eagle, a goose named Frankie, and a protective mother in Victoria is getting a lot of attention online.
The TikTok video shows the eagle swooping down in front of a house, preying upon the squawking female goose. In the background, you can hear a woman screaming “Hey! Hey! Hey!”
The eagle grabs “Frankie” with its claws and begins to drag it away.
The woman who first screamed at the eagle then emerged, running out of the house in her underwear, carrying a baby.
“Mama bear mid breastfeeding protecting her sweet Frankie” reads the caption in part.
According to the post, the family has lost three chickens in the past week, all believed to have been taken by eagles.
In a nod to the chaos that ensued, “Mikey,” who posted the video to TikTok, said he was “officially living at a zoo.”
As for Frankie, Mikey says she’s doing okay.
