Toronto police release images of man wanted in connection to shooting investigation

Toronto police have released photos of a man wanted in connection to a shooting investigation in the Sherbourne Street and Queen Street East area over a month ago.

Officers say on April 27 around 5:30 p.m., it was reported two groups of people were standing out front of a convenience store when a fight broke out.

They say a man brought out a gun and shots rang out, then the groups left the area. Nobody was hurt.

Police say the man they are looking for is considered armed, violent, and dangerous. If anyone locates him, police are asking the public not to approach him and to call 9-1-1 immediately instead.

Anyone who may have information on his whereabouts is asked to contact police or Crime Stoppers.
