This comes as the force investigates a string of shootings on Sunday afternoon.
A shooting in the city’s west end saw a 15-year-old boy and 16-year-old boy sent to hospital with critical injuries around 2:45 p.m.
A little more than an hour later, officers were called to the area of Allen Road and Eglinton Avenue after a shooting left one man in critical condition.
