Man shot, woman stabbed during fight in Rexdale parking lot

Two people are in hospital after a shooting and stabbing in Etobicoke on Thursday night.
Police say a man was shot and a woman was stabbed around 11:15 p.m. during a fight between a group of people in a parking lot at Islington Avenue and Rexdale Boulevard.
Both people were taken to hospital with serious, but non-life-threatening injuries.
Police say one person has been arrested.
Anyone with information is being asked to contact police.
