Cyclist hospitalized after being struck by vehicle at Eglinton and DVP ramp

Toronto police say a cyclist has serious injuries after he was struck by a vehicle at Eglinton Avenue East and the DVP.

It happened around 4:25 p.m.

Police say a silver Honda was travelling westbound on Eglinton Avenue East and took the southbound DVP ramp, striking a cyclist who was crossing the ramp.

The cyclist, a 21-year-old man, was seriously injured and taken to hospital.

There’s no word from police on possible charges.
