Toronto police say nobody was reported injured after tractor trailers caught fire at an Amazon warehouse on fire Sunday evening in Scarborough.
Police say crews were called to a second-alarm fire at McNicoll Avenue, just west of Markham Road.
Firefighters say the call came in around 7:40 p.m.
Crews say smoke could be seen from the back of the building, as well as black smoke with the sound of explosions were coming from two trailers, and flames were also seen on the roof of the building.
No flames were seen inside the building, crews added.
The trailer fires have since been knocked out.
There’s no word on what sparked the fire.
UPDATE:
– Fire has been extinguished, all employees accounted for and no injuries
