3 men arrested in connection to downtown sexual assault last month

Toronto police have charged three men in connection with a sexual assault investigation.

Investigators say a 31-year-old woman met the three at an establishment in the area of Bathurst Street and Bloor Street West on August 27. The three men were not previously known to her.

Police say the woman left with one of the men and shortly thereafter the other two men left as well.

The woman claims she was then sexually assaulted by all three men.

Police have charged 20-year-old Arshveer Bath, 25-year-old Sukhpreet Singh – both of Shelbourne – and 24-year-old Narinderpal Aulakh of Mississauga with sexual assault and sexual assault as a party to offence with any other person.

The three are scheduled to appear in court in late October.
