One person in life-threatening condition following Caledon crash

One person has life-threatening injuries following a two-vehicle crash on Highway 10 in Caledon on Sep. 29, 2022.

One person has life-threatening injuries after a two-vehicle crash in Caledon on Thursday morning.

The crash occurred at the intersection of Highway 10 and Old School Road, north of Highway 410, around 6:15 a.m.

The two vehicles involved ended up in the ditch following the collision.

Paramedics say five adults were brought to hospital, including one who was transported to a trauma centre with life-threatening injuries.

Highway 10 is closed between the 410 and King Street for the investigation.

The closure is expected to remain in place for several hours and motorists are being asked to avoid the area.
