Two men are in hospital, one with critical injuries, following a crash involving two motorcycles and a vehicle in Etobicoke over the weekend.

Toronto police were called to Royal York Road and The Queensway just after 6:30 p.m. on Saturday.

Police said two 32-year-old men were riding their motorcycles west on The Queensway approaching Royal York when they collided at the intersection with a vehicle that was heading east on The Queensway.

One motorcyclist suffered life-threatening injuries, while the second motorcyclist has minor injuries.

Police have not said if the driver of the vehicle was injured.

Police continue to investigate the crash and are asking anyone who may have security or dash-cam footage of the area at the time of the crash to contact them.

Update: Police initially said it was a two-vehicle crash but in an update on Monday said two motorcycles and a vehicle were involved in the collision.
