Security photos of two men suspected of pickpocketing multiple people at nightclubs in the Entertainment District have been released by police.
Investigators say they have received multiple reports since May 2022 about cellphones and wallets being unknowingly taken from people inside crowded nightclubs.
The suspects allegedly target those who are socializing and dancing and are taken from unattended purses, tables, or patron’s pockets.
The first suspect is described as a male with a thin build and long dreadlocks who was wearing a blue surgical mask, a blue Toronto Blue Jays baseball hat, black jacket, black jeans, and black shoes.
The second suspect is a male with a thin build, wearing a grey Toronto Blue Jays baseball hat, a white surgical face mask, black jacket, black scarf, and grey jeans.
The photo of the suspects was taken in the area of Queens Quay West and Rees Street on Oct. 14, 2022, leaving an establishment.
