Man walks into hospital after shooting near Danzig and Morningside
A man is in hospital after a shooting in the area of Danzig Street and Morningside Avenue in Scarborough.
Police say there were called to the scene for reports of the sounds of gunshots around 1:30 p.m. on Friday.
A man later walked into a hospital with a gunshot wound to the elbow.

Police say it it too early to say if there is any connection to the early-morning shooting at Lawrence Avenue East and Orton Park Road, which is a few minutes away.
The afternoon shooting happened around the same area of the mass shooting at a neighbourhood block party on Danzig in 2021 that left a 14-year-old girl and a 23-year-old man dead, and injured 22 other people.
