Hold and secure lifted at Scarborough school after threat: police

Toronto police say a hold and secure at a Scarborough school has been lifted but officers will remain in the area after the school received a threat.
Police were called to Heather Heights Junior Public School, which also houses Ben Heppner Vocal Music Academy, at around 10:20 on Thursday morning.
No injuries have been reported and police have not revealed the nature of the threat.
Police say students will be dismissed via the main doors at the end of the day.
