Dunder Mifflin invades Yorkdale Shopping Centre with ‘The Office Experience’

Fans of the hit show The Office will soon be able to spend time in the Dunder Mifflin workspace right here in the Greater Toronto Area.
‘The Office Experience,’ which kicks off Friday at Yorkdale Shopping Centre, promises a “fully immersive and interactive celebration of the beloved television show” with a hilariously detailed recreation of the show’s set.
Breakfast Television toured the location on Wednesday ahead of its launch and spoke with the executive director behind the experience, Stacy Moscatelli.
“We’ve got a lot of details, we’ve got photos on the desk, we’ve got emails half written,” she said while showing off the recreation.
“You can sit down, you can open the desk drawers … if you’re a big fan, you are going to have the time of your life.”
There’s 15 rooms in total, including the famous conference room where Michael Scott rallies the troops.
“People just can’t believe how detailed it is,” Moscatelli adds. “Everybody is sort of shocked by the details, the inside jokes and little references. From what’s on the refrigerator, to what’s in the desks, what’s on the desk, Ryan’s office when he got relegated to the closet. All of those little details, I think people are just blown away by it.”
