Gunshots fired in Lawrence Avenue East and Leslie Street area

Toronto police are on scene at Sunnybrook Park after gunshots were fired in the Lawrence Avenue East and Leslie Street area on Sunday evening.
At approximately 5:38 p.m. police responded to reports of gunshots in the area and vehicles were seen fleeing.
One vehicle struck a pole and two males fled on foot after the shots were fired. Another vehicle fled in an unknown direction.
The two suspects are described as both male, Black, and 20-30 years old.
No injuries were reported but polcie confirmed a firearm was discharged after shell casings had been located.
The area is closed at westbound Lawrence Avenue East at Tremont Crescent.
