Zellers reveals next round of pop-up stores. Here’s where they’ll be in Canada

Zellers announced a new round of pop-up stores that will be featured within Hudson’s Bay across Canada, with eight confirmed in Ontario.

Zellers re-launched its online platform, “Zellers.ca,” on March 23, 2023, and has been busy re-introducing pop-up stores in Canada ever since.

There are currently 25 locations within Hudson’s Bay stores across the country, which serve as strategic market tests to determine future Zellers store locations.

The retailer confirmed that a new round of 21 Zellers pop-up stores would be introduced on August 11, 2023, spanning five provinces and almost all in new markets.

Zellers also announced plans to open its next store experience at Hudson’s Bay in Brampton, Ont.’s Bramalea City Centre in September 2023.

“Pop-ups are a key ingredient in our expansion strategy, allowing us to explore and test in new markets, gather valuable customer insights, and fine-tune our offering before establishing larger format store locations,” Sophia Hwang-Judiesch, President of Hudson’s Bay, said in a news release.
