DVP re-opens between Bayview/Bloor and Don Mills after Toronto police investigation

The Don Valley Parkway (DVP) has re-opened in both directions from Bayview/Bloor to Don Mills after a police investigation.

An update was released at approximately 2:49 a.m. on Friday that the scene examination had been completed and roads had re-opened.

Toronto police initially reported a closure that included the northbound DVP at Bayview and Bloor exit and southbound DVP at the Don Mills Road exit just after 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.

Toronto police had also said the Lower Don River Trail was closed in both directions to cyclists and pedestrians from 425 Don Mills Road to Beechwood Drive.
