Man wanted for spraying people with ink in downtown Toronto: police

Police are searching for a man who allegedly sprayed multiple people with ink in downtown Toronto.
Toronto police say they were called to the Financial District on five separate occasions between June 14, 2023, and Aug. 24, 2023, for a man spraying pen ink on unsuspecting people.
The alleged incidents all happened between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m.
The suspect is described as a man in his 30s, approximately five feet eight inches tall with a thin build and short dark hair. He was last seen wearing grey sneakers, a black ballcap, and was carrying a black or grey backpack.
Police have released four photos of the suspect in hopes someone will be able to identify him.
