4 suspects sought in two break ins at Old City Hall

Police are searching for three men and a woman wanted for a pair of break ins at Old City Hall.

Investigators say around 12:30 a.m. on Sept. 10, the four broke into the building located at Queen Street West and Bay Street and spent approximately two hours inside before leaving with several stolen items.

Later that evening, around 9:30 p.m., two of the four suspects returned and remained in the building until the early morning hours of Sept. 11 before once again leaving with several stolen items.

Toronto police say some of the items that were stolen include loose change, possible files from forced open cabinets, a City of Toronto laptop and speakers, a gym bag with athletic wear and reading glasses

It is still unknown on how the suspects gained entry into the building.
