A woman is dead and a man is in custody following a stabbing in Etobicoke on Friday morning.
Police responded to a call at a condo building in the area of The Queensway and Kipling Avenue around 6:10 a.m.
A woman was found with stab wounds. She was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries and where she was pronounced dead.

Police say a man was taken into custody and brought to hospital with minor injuries. The woman and the man were known to each other.
