Dashcam footage shows suspected impaired driver travelling wrong way on Burlington Skyway

Ontario Provincial Police have released dashcam footage showing a suspected impaired driver travelling the wrong way down the Burlington Skyway earlier this month.
The driver was pulled over by police on March 3 at around 2:30 a.m.
The 40-second video shows a Burlington OPP vehicle slowly approach the car as it travels the wrong way down the skyway.
The driver pulls over to the shoulder of the roadway just as another police vehicle arrives. Three officers are then seen approaching the vehicle.
Foggy weather conditions captured in the video made the dangerous situation even more perilous. Luckily no injuries were reported.
Officers arrested a 38-year-old Hamilton woman.
She’s facing charges of impaired driving, dangerous driving, drug possession and having and driving with open alcohol.
