Elderly pedestrian killed in Aurora, police say
York Regional Police are looking for witnesses after an elderly pedestrian was killed in Aurora on Tuesday morning.
Police say an 84-year-old man was hit by a vehicle at the intersection of Yonge Street and Wellington Street just after 9 a.m.
The man was taken to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Officers say the driver remained at the scene and are encouraging any witnesses to contact police.
