Man in his 70s dies after being struck by vehicle in Mississauga
A man, believed to be in his 70s, has died after being struck by a vehicle in Mississauga on Thursday night.

A man, believed to be in his 70s, has died after being struck by a vehicle in Mississauga on Thursday night.
Police in Peel Region say they were called to the Lakeshore Road East and Stavebank Road area just after 7 p.m. for reports of a collision.
When they arrived, they found a man with critical injuries. He was taken to hospital where he died of his injuries.
Police say the driver of the vehicle remained at the scene and was cooperative.
It’s believed the pedestrian was crossing midblock from north to south on Lakeshore when he was struck by the vehicle.
No charges have been laid at this time.
