Cyclist suffers serious injuries in collision with vehicle in Stouffville

A cyclist has been airlifted to hospital after a collision with a vehicle in Stouffville.

York police were called to the York-Durham Line and Hoover Park Driver around 4:15 p.m. Monday for reports of a crash.

The 60-year-old man was transported to a Toronto hospital with life-threatening injuries. Police later updated his condition to serious, but non-life-threatening.

The roads in the area were closed for the investigation, but have since reopened.
