Mayor Tory reacts after man arrested in alleged bomb threat targeting Toronto

According to reports, the Canada Border Services Agency arrested a Pakistani man on Monday and accused him of plotting to bomb financial buildings and the U.S. consulate in Toronto. Mayor John Tory gave his thoughts on the situation.
