1 person in custody after truck smashes through home in Streetsville

Peel police are investigating after a pick-up truck crashed into a home in Streetsville on Sunday morning.
Investigators tell 680 NEWS it happened around 10 a.m. in the Queen and Church streets area.
Police say no one was injured and one person is in custody, though it’s unclear what the charges are at this point.
The extent of the damage is still unclear at this point.
Halton police also attended a call of a vehicle into a building on Sunday, after a car plowed into “The Love Shop” in Burlington.
There were no injuries reported in that incident, which happened around 12:30 p.m. on Plains Road East, near the QEW.
There is no word whether charges will be laid.
