Man arrested after axe incident

Toronto police have arrested a man who was allegedly doing some wood chopping in a downtown apartment building early on Monday morning.
Toronto police were called to Davenport and Avenue roads around 4:45 a.m.
A man there had an axe.
When police arrived, he went into an apartment. However, when police asked him to come out, he did, and was taken into custody.
No injuries have been reported. It’s not clear what the man was doing with the axe.
