Torontonians spending Boxing Day shopping or making their way around the city will get a bit of a break when it comes to parking.
Toronto police are reminding drivers that payment is not required at on-street parking meters and pay-and-display machines on statutory holidays.
Also included in the stat holiday by-law exemptions are some “No Stopping” and “No Parking Rush Hour Routes” offences.
