He’s nothing if not hard-boiled.
Calgary man Brad Freeman’s trick is catching eggs in his mouth from great distances. David Letterman thought the stunt was so noteworthy he had Freeman on the Late Show recently, where Freeman’s pal Pat Breault tossed him an egg from 66 metres away.
They recreated the stunt this week in Calgary, upping the distance to 76 metres. That could be a Guinness World Record, or at least they hope it is.
Freeman uses frozen, pickled, hard-boiled eggs in order to make sure that the throws are accurate – unfortunately it means they hurt like heck if they miss the target, even raising welts in places.
Now that’s what you call egg on the face.
