Four Injured In Three-Car Crash In Mississauga

Four people were injured, one seriously, after a three-car crash in Mississauga Sunday afternoon.

It happened at Dixie Road and Eglinton Avenue East around noon.

Emergency crews had to free a driver from a van which had flipped on its roof during the collision. The victim was transported to Sunnybrook hospital with serious, but non-life-threatening injuries.

Three other people were taken to Trillium Health Centre with minor injuries.

Police said Dixie, south of Eglinton, would be closed for a few hours for the investigation.
