Teen shooting victim won’t talk to police

Toronto police say an 18-year-old man shot in the abdomen isn’t cooperating with them to help them find his shooter.
Police say the teen was on an apartment building elevator when he was shot in the stomach Thursday night.
He was found elsewhere in the building when cops arrived.
The teen survived, but police are now hoping others will be able to help them track down the shooter.
