Second youth tried in Creba murder found not guilty of manslaughter

The second youth — identified only as “G.C.” — to be tried in the 2005 Boxing Day murder of 15-year-old Jane Creba has been found not guilty of manslaughter.
Four other adults have also been acquitted of manslaughter in this same case.
Two other adults are facing trial in January.
Jorrell Simpson-Rowe, now 21 years old, was convicted of second-degree murder and was sentenced to life imprisonment as an adult in April 2009.
